Family Resource Development/Comprehensive Case Management

Family Resource Coordinators (FSCA) help participants in developing their goals and carrying out specific steps towards achieving economic family stability and self sufficiency. The Program helps low-income households residing in subsidized and transitional housing.

Meeting Basic Needs Case Management

We offer both short and long-term case management services to assist families with problem solving. Client obtains ongoing support until he/she completes a work plan developed at the time of his/her intake. Those clients who need specialized services are referred to appropriate programs.

Serves Hispanics in New Castle County and the Hilltop community at large in need of emergency food.

Crisis Alleviation and Intervention

Combined efforts will be coordinated with other agencies in order to effectively assist clients in emergency situations. Crisis relief funds will be granted according to family needs and availability of funds.

Advocacy for Victims of Crime

The advocate for victims of crime can help you to:
  • Report a crime & applying for court orders
  • Provide information about your rights as a victim
  • Support during hospital exams police questioning & court appearances
  • Court accompaniment & orientation
  • Tips on how to prevent being a victim of crime
  • Assistance with filing for compensation
  • Learn how you can apply for a U-Visa
  • Translation Services
  • Referral to other services

Professional and culturally-competent, strengths-based case management to returning offenders who have multiple, complex needs.
